September is about to begin and Scream 4 will shoot for its third and final month. Eyewitness photos have been thin this week, as Bananadoc is on vacation (a rumor persists that it’s a front – he really slipped on a banana peel while photographing a major death scene and is now recuperating in hospital).
On the back of the Scream 3 soundtrack you can find the upper half of an early/unused poster artwork for the film. Focusing heavily on the Hollywood Stab aspect of the story, it was a more evocative, moody piece.
Someone has taken their love of Stab one step too far. Several weeks ago we showed you some bizarro Ghostface art as tweeted by David Arquette. Interest has been very high on these, and we now see they were only the tip of the iceberg. Here are the full 27 set of pictures that seller [...]
Yesterday we posted a glimpse of Ghostface and posited that the performer was stuntman Dane Farwell, returning from Scream and Scream 2. Thanks to Bananadoc we now have visual confirmation – that’s Farwell sitting there, rehearsing for a scene in Scream 4 where Ghostface starts reciting poetry as a new method of torture.
Scream 4 continues to prove itself to be 2011′s big talent farm, constantly surprising jaded spoilerhounds along the way. Hot young actresses Shenae Grimes (90210) Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars) have been spotted on set. Here are the pics and our commentary on what it could all mean.
The perfect closure for recent weeks of filming at a certain carnage-endured house in Scream 4 is this article from AnnArbor.com about the owners; how their house came to be chosen, and some of the changes production made to the homestead. A few nice photos and quotes, too.
Here we have an exclusive photo from recent Scream 4 location filming, featuring Mary McDonnell and black-enshrouded friend at the doorway…
If I’m wrong and it’s the house next door to this one, I’ll feel pretty silly! So everyone now knows this is Northville, MI which I was actually trying to keep quiet to avoid an influx of people like me (ha), but it was a hard secret to keep. The city sent an email out to residents [...]
According to Bananadoc, “Our sources suspect that this is the house for the First Kill(s) of Scream 4.”
Team Scream have another month of shooting left but word comes today that “as of MONDAY August 23rd, 81 minutes of film completed”, relayed by Mr. Fun World, R.J. Torbert. So they would have been assembling a Scream 4 rough cut as they went along, but keep in mind movies are very seldom shot in [...]
